Barry Rassin, Rotary International President for the 2018-2019 year has chosen as his theme for the Rotary year as “Be the Inspiration”. Barry encourages all Rotarians around the globe to behave in this manner as they go about their lives and Rotary activities.
In the words of Rotary’s founder, Paul Harris, “Rotary is a microcosm of a world at peace, a model which nations will do well to follow.” To Barry Rassin, Rotary is not only a model but an inspiration. It shows us what is possible, inspires all to reach for it, and gives us a path to act and to “Be the Inspiration” to our world.
