Item 1. Costs for Rotary Leadership Training (RLI) formal courses for Rotary Club of Knights Pendragon members to be borne by the Club. Proposed by PP Andy S Seconded by PP Kevin P

8.1 Treasurer: Richard Eley: Richard’s report was forwarded to all members
8.2 Fund Raising: PP Bill Brunjes Reported that the Golf Day raised R 112000
8.3 Service Projects: PP Ron Smith raised the issue of inducting ladies into the club specific mention was made of the visitor from Nigeria. This was discussed at length
8.4 Rotary Foundation: PP John Anticevich: No report.
8.5 New Generations and Membership Development: PP Kevin Pearson: Nothing further to report except PP Kevin requested Richard to effect payment on all outstanding accounts.
8.6 Public Image and IT Communications: PP Andy Connold: no report.
8.7 Club Administration: PP Ray Hewson: no report
8.9 Secretary: PP Andy Jacobs: no report
