The District Governor’s visit is an annual highlight where the Knights Pendragon Rotarians get to showcase the variety of project they have executed in the past Rotary year and what is planned for the current Rotary year. This year, Knights were treated to a most pleasant afternoon and evening where we talked about many aspects of Rotary, our club, the district, Rotary International, membership and our local communities needs, with a down to earth, interesting and inspiring Rotarian, District Governor Charles Deiner.
In a club that recognises fellowship, networking (locally and globally) and our active, interesting and inspiring speaker programme as important elements of Rotary life that attract and retain active and engaged members, hearing Charles encouraging such activities to ensure a healthy and growing club membership was a positive and inspiring message indeed.
