Speaker: Anneleen van Wyk speaks on Leveraging the Benefits of Cultural Diversity in the Workplace
Anneleen, the founder of Kindle Coaching and Consulting, will share some of her most profound learnings from her epic experience of working with a French Engineering team at a number of Eskom Power Stations from 2015-2017 in the role of coach to artisans, unions, managers and executives, with the objective of being the go between, communication bridge, energiser and decoder between all of these diverse parties involved in a number of projects.
This life changing experience has inspired Anneleen to write a book on the many lessons learned, not just on South African cultural diversity, but also on the struggles that the French company had to overcome in operating in South Africa, as well as in working with a number of generations in the workplace, how they communicate and work together.
Guests are welcome. The R100 cost (payable to the treasurer) includes a meal. Please advise Ray Hewson (at Info) of guests/apologies by 10am on the Monday preceding the meeting for catering purposes.
