An architectural model of the Cape Town Stadium has been donated to the Rotary Club of Knights Pendragon, which the club is hoping to offer to an interested corporate sponsor to raise funds for one of the club’s supported charities, Bethany Home.
Bethany Home for Abused Women and Children in Bertrams, Johannesburg has been supported by our Club for some 20 years. During this period, this well-run organisation has given numerous ladies and their children the protection, upliftment and a new start in life that they so desperately needed. This being achieved through an extended period of counselling, education, skills training and work experience which Bethany Home has provided or secured for them.
The architectural model is a replica of the Cape Town Stadium, accurate to the smallest detail. We believe that this model deserves pride of place in a prominent location, serving as a reminder of the importance of sport in bringing and keeping our great nation together.
The Rotary Club of Knights Pendragon, a registered Public Benefit Organisation, is seeking a corporate sponsor for Bethany Home who recognises the value of this unique model as a symbol of the company’s support of South African sport, social responsibility efforts and/or association with the Cape Town Stadium.
